E-gad !!! But it’s not punishment?
What’s “good for the goose, is good for the gander.”
Terrible situation that proves this is punishment. However, she has two advantages over us here in California(though we don’t bear the burden of paying to notify the public like they do). One, we don’t have that 21 day clock that resets every time she moves, and two, she gets the chance to get off the registry in 15 years.
Sex-offender status is unjust for ALL.
